Here is my honest review of this book:

This book had a different twist than I was expecting. I really enjoyed reading this light and fun book.

Two souls both hurting...they run away together for some fun in the sun but they fall in love. Then something tragic happens. Will their love survive? What will they discover about themselves?

This was a good read that I will recommend to my friends.

This was a GREAT book!! I love the way that the Twins set up the Lycotharian collection aka world.

* SPOILER ALERT *

Raina has fond memories of her grandmother but is not sure where Nana is or if she is still alive. Raina's mother & step-father traveled a LOT while Raina was growing up. Even after her mother passed away, Raina kept traveling. She is looking for a new home/family that she can be comfortable with. She has been working at this bar for a year now and is finally ready to lower her guard. She thinks that Tristan is very hot. She agrees to go to breakfast with him. On the way back to their cars, trouble strikes. Tristan keeps her safe but she goes looking for him after the battle. She realizes that all Nana's stories are true and Raina is ready to submit to her man.

However within the pack...there are rules. If she is to be a member of the pack, she must follow them. And so must Tristan. What are these rules? How did they break them? Will they be able to stay within the pack?? You need to download this and read. Will they have their HEA?

I would recommend that while it's downloading, you get a drink and a snack because you will NOT want to leave your kindle once you start on this WONDERFUL story!!!

I really like Lyra's writing style. There are a lot of shifter books out there but not many dealing with Aquatic shifters. Lyra has managed to find a way that will allow a human to breath under water.

In this series - Mona is a curvy woman who has attracted the attention of a very handsome man, Lucan. His traveling companion over looked her at first but now Dario is rethinking about her curves. He realizes that he might have missed out on previous relationships because he "thought" skinny was the right thing for him. Thing is Lucan & Dario are both Dolphin Prince. Their pods are at war with each other until the time when they find the Descendant and make her their Queen. Problem is Mona is attracted to both of them. Yep, she is the Descendant. Since the two men have been out searching for her, they have seen that their true enemies are getting stronger and have actually banded together! So Lucan & Dario are wanting to bring their pods together but how to do this? Mona has a suggestion that is very logical. Can they do it? How will the elders react?? Before those can be answered...Mona is kidnapped.

Along the journey, we meet Lucan's & Dario's favorite Dolphin concubines - Clarissa & Magali. While Mona is able to become friends with Clarissa...it takes a bit more to get Magali to be friendly. Of course helping to keep Clarissa alive after being attacked might have something to do with it. :-) Magali has orders to take Mona to the elders by dawn if Dario doesn't do it first.

I am waiting to see what happens next!! This is a very well written series that will have you wondering what Mona will do? What will Lucan & Dario do? Who is Tridentus and what does he want with Mona??

Mona loves hanging out at the beach and men/surfer watching. On this fateful day, she sees the most handsome two men. There is a shark in the water though, as she watches for “her” men...they change! She watches them throughout the day and even follows them to their hotel. But Dario doesn't want anything to do with her. She leaves her purse with her old DL and then goes home. Dario is the one who finds her purse and goes to her home, where he discovers a secret about Mona. (You will have to read to find out what that is!) Dario lays claim to her and when Lucan finds out, he is VERY upset. He lays claim to her also! But just as Lucan & Dario are about to fight, other troubles comes knocking. Thus forcing the two to work together to keep Mona safe. To be continued in book 2.

Here is my honest review of this book:

I was very interested in this to see how a water shifter would work. Lyra did a great job!!

I am curious as to if her mother *knew* - since mom wanted to keep her away from the beaches. And I think she has a wonderful idea on how to unite the kingdoms peacefully if only the men would get over themselves!

I am awaiting the next book!!

Monique writes a very well thought out and TASTEFUL series about how a young girl/woman can blossom with confidence of her self worth.
* SPOILER *
Ariella goes from having just 1 man in her life to several. Each man helped to shape her thoughts about her own self worth.
Brant helps her out of the shell of being the "fat chick" and to opening her up to the sexual possibilities that await her.
Sterling gives her a taste of BDSM yet she helps him too.
Westcott confuses his feelings of lust vs love...at the same time Ariella realizes that she can be more dominate in her sexual encounters.
The Twins...(they can come get me anytime!) Rob & Brad show Ariella how a true Goddess should be worshiped. Too bad they are just looking for some fun & games.
Then comes the proposals - marriage & business...who will she choose? How can she choose?

I really enjoyed this series. Reading some of the other comments asked what size Ariella was...personally, I'm glad that Monique didn't put a number to Ariella's size. It allowed me to "transplant" myself into Ariella's shoes.

I would totally recommend getting the full box set because you will NOT want to put this series down until you reach the very last page!!!
